WR Kenny Britt pleads out to reduced charges.

Kenny Britt pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of disturbing the peace for a June, 2011 arrest at a Hoboken, NJ car wash. The pot related charges were dropped. It's the second time in two months that Britt has had charges dropped for minor infractions. Having kept his nose clean since tearing his ACL back in late September, Britt is on pace to be suspension-free in 2012.

uh, color me stupid, where in the policy of the NFL does it say if its a minor charge he is not open for suspension? Heck two players have been suspended and they didn't even get any charges or convictions placed on them.

I fear that you're right Sarge in that when he's able to physically get his butt in a crack again it could happen. The kid has so much potential and he was a huge help to me early in the season but how can anyone trust him?

These are reports from the Huddle and Rotoworld that speculated he would receive no suspension. KFFL was more cautious and just listed the court results without any prediction.

Britt is already running full speed in a straight line with plenty of time to go before camp.
