Browns head coach Eric Mangini will wait at least a couple of days before naming his starting quarterback for his team's Week 4 game vs. the Bengals. Brady Quinn started the Week 3 game at Baltimore but went 6 for 8 in the first half for 34 yards and an interception and was benched for Derek Anderson. Anderson led the Browns to a field goal and finished 11 of 19 passing for 92 yards, but with two interceptions.

Hard for me to understand Mangini on this one. Pick a QB and go with him. The team sucks, and it is going to suck until better talent is brought in.

Only way to see if Brady is the future or not, is to let him stay in there and learn from his mistakes. No QB is going to properly develop if they continue to get yanked everytime they struggle.

I'm with Mike on this one. You don't sit Brady, IMO. Not after you named him the starter. He went 6 of 8 and an INT. So what. Keep him out there. That's honestly not that bad.

Considering the Browns lost their best receiver (winslow), and lost another receiver to jail/suspension, and considering they chose to go with a starting running back who has lost it, not sure what Mangini expects from this offense. It's simply a bad team.

Agreed. Guess what! Cleveland is the only NFL that has allowed more points than the Bucs!!!

This team is a mess, both of these QB's suck....neither are the answer so I don't see it mattering which one they throw in there. These are both career back ups at best.

I will disagree with most.

I think you take Brady out, and let Anderson get beat to death. This allows you to get higher draft picks, fix the O-line issues and talent issues...and then see if Brady is the future. IF you don't...then welcome to the repeat of Carr, Harrington and so on...

Im with Mike and now what is Mangini going to do after benching Brady make him the started again? I don't like Mangini and think he is way over rated as a coach. Not saying any coach can make the Browns a winning team but Mangini sucks. And I think Brady can be a good QB.
