He'll have to sue for it because currently there are no rules in place about work out bonuses because there's no CBA. His only chance is to sue and hope that they rule in his favor under, let's say, last years CBA rules. Which would be the full allotted change that you specified.

We have threads on this. Judge nelson lifted the lockout. She has NOT granted a stay as of yet. So by tomorrow we should hear if clock starts on this year.
