The 8 worst teams in the NFL have made their draft picks and are headed into the 2010 season tied for 1st.

Which team will prove to be the best of last year's worst?

It wasn't easy but I settled on Tampa Bay.

Absolutely NO ONE is talking about them and they are in a pretty easy division.

I picked the Bucs too, but our division isn't easy. Atlanta will be a humming motor and New Orleans won't lose steam from their title win. Carolina is the most insecure but really only in the passing game. Their running game can still drive trucks through holes.

I chose the Bucs because 1) I'm a bit optimistic and 2) because I think they've made some key draft and off-season decisions to put the right building blocks in the right places to move forward upon. If they continue to find their rhythm then I believe they might break even this year.

It pains me to go against the Raiders but i believe that K.C Chiefs will be the sleeper team in the AFC.

With RB's Jamaal Charles and Thomas Jones, WR's Dwayne Bowe and Chris Chambers and rookie Dexter McCluster which will add some explosiveness out of the backfield and possibly in the slot. The addition of OC Charlie Weis will bring out the best in Matt Cassel and the offense as a whole.

Lions would be my second pick

Exactly, I agree 110%!!!

I chose TB as well, but I expect .500 from them this year. I've said this on FFO before, last year before the season I said "Buc's don't win more than 2 games, tops," and that's what happened. After that year of development and learning, and what is to me possibly the best Buc's draft ever (we'll see in years to come but it has that potential), I expect 8-8 this year.

Did alot of thinking on this one. Tried to take in account of other teams in the division with each one and since 6 games are played on that alone, tried to figure who would have the best chance winning half of those games. Realistically the Rams, Bucs, and Panthers because of that way of thinking have the best to break the .500 mark. But i'm going with hope and wishes. I'm going with Detroit. They have the offence to compete in every game but that defence is still not their yet. If they can play better than average and Detroits offence can convert on 3rd down more often and give that "D" some needed rest, then yes they will get that eluded 8 wins this season.

I am going Tampa. I am pretty sure, there is a streak where the last place team of the NFC South, comes back and has the best record of the division. So, I will go with Tampa due to that.

Why is everybody so up on TB this year? Even before this thread there was chatter about TB being a good tewam this year. Guess i'm missing something here and will have to look more into them on what they have and there draft picks. Just so dumbfounded here about this.

I went Seattle. Don't think they are that bad overall, not great, but I could see 7-8 wins.

I pick the Chiefs to have the worst record in the NFL this year.

Not sure why...maybe a result of the pity party me and the other Chief fans have been throwing for ourselves.

Really, though, there is something dreadfully wrong with that organization....Something missing when you watch them play. I don't think they think they can win or something.
