Which Starting QB of 2010 should be replaced for 2011?

I vote Carson Palmer and Jimmy Clausen.

Maybe Donovan McNabb?

You cant vote Favre either. His situation is unique and dont count.

Cleveland - Delhomme - No brainer, Colt is the future
Tennessee - Young/Collins - Time to move in another direction in Tennessee
Washington - McNabb - Time for another change there
Seattle - Hasselbeck - Time to move to the next chapter IMO. If not next year, draft a QB high to move in that direction.
SF - Alex Smith - If you don't think Troy Smith is the answer, get someone who you feel is, but Alex is not.
Arizona - Derrick Anderson - Or who ever the hell you want to call the starter.....having 3 new QB's in Arizona next year would not be a bad thing. Complete overhaul needed.

I left Cincy and Palmer off of the list....why?? I want to see what if Palmer can make a rebound under a new coaching staff. I expect a complete overhaul which could be a great thing for Palmer....he is coddled by the current staff....can't do that, he needs work and help, I hope the new staff will kick him in the ass and remake him. That said, they have to draft a young QB to groom in case Palmer really is done.

I also left Carolina off the list, they drafted Clausen, no matter how bad i feel he is, they need to committ to that route and see if they can develop him. Drafting a QB at #1 or where ever they pick would be a mistake and toss away a 2nd rd pick from this year, not the way to build a winner.

Need change now:

Cleveland moves to McCoy
Tennesee needs a new Qb. Not sure they can draft one this year....as pool isn't that great..but new starter here IF and this is a big IF Fisher is back.
Washington - Now you know WHY Eagles dealt him. Anyone else want to question this again?
San Francisco - A. Smith is not it, they need a young guy drafted to compete with T.Smith next year
Minnesota - Joe Webb is it....no, I am not totally joking, but draft a youngster to compete as Favre and Jackson are gone
Arizona - pick one youngster to keep and draft another and let them compete...but re-sign Fitz and Breaston to help them develop.

Keep for today, draft for tomorrow:

Buffalo - Fitz can be a gap filler, but they NEED a franchise Qb
Miami - Henne ain't it, need future here as well.
Oakland - same as Buf, and Miami, Campbell can fill in for drafted future stud
Seattle - same as above
Cincinnati - Keep Palmer but draft future
Denver - need change, and Orton is looking bad. Not sure Tebow is it either.
Carolina - Have to give support and let Claussen learn, but may want to snag more this year.

That seems a little harsh, considering Buffalo hasn't sniffed a passing game, like Fitz is giving them, in a long long time. You know Wilson won't pay a big name so that leaves the draft, which is a crap shoot. They might get lucky like the Rams, or unlucky like the 49ers. You're right in that they will likely go this route, but there's a 50% chance of committing to a bum prospect, and with it, another five years worth of fail.

Twitter is on friggin fire with news that Rex Grossman is starting over McNabb this week.

:thud:

I like Fitz, but you won't win a title with Fitz, unless you have the Ravens defense....and can dominate the run game. So.......do they rebuild the offensive and defensive lines...sure you could do it. Or...do you get the big ticket Qb name....probably in draft and try to sell tickets?

Yes, fitz has helped...but so has development of Steve Johnson, and some minor O-line help. But he isn't the long term answer.

True, but a big name ticket carries no guarantees. If he doesn't pan out, it's another 5 years of strife since teams always give their new franchise guy plenty of time to succeed or fail. None of this is unusual, but in the case of the Bills, doesn't the city of Buffalo risk losing this team if it falls back into another rebuild period?
