What's a good fit for McCoy

I didn't pay a great deal of attention to him last season but he did not have a good year by any standards. He is now pretty much up for trade and the asking price is very low. Is he a bust or could he fit in somewhere else, If so where? Is his talent level to low or was he just on a bad team, or a little of both last year? What do you think.
 
Its hard to tell how good he is with that surrounding cast. His arm is a bit weak but he does have some positive intangibles. Best fit would be as a backup in a west coast offense like Green Bay.
 
I'd still like to see him in a real offense. I think he does some things very well and is a positive leader. I would actually love to see him go to the Saints to back-up Brees.
 
I've called for him to come to the Saints in the past Miller and think it's a great fit. What we have now leaves a lot to be desired.
