What rookie RB's do you like this year

It's hard to not like the rookie RBs this year, but to avoid the obvious ones again (Wells, Knowshon and Brown), I freaking love the fit of Shaun Green in NY. Seriously, he's a beast, and I love that the Jets traded up to get him, even if it cost them those picks. Not only is he a down hill runner, but durability isn't even a question in my mind! You can give this guy the ball 25 times a game and he will be fine.

Another guy, who I've been high on all offseason, but no one else seems to be, is Javon Ringer. I think he's going to be simply electric and I can't wait to see if anyone else underestimates him.

I think A Brown might push Morris for the non-Smith touches in Detroit. If he works out I could see the 2 of them developing long term into a semi shared backfield (bulk on Smith with Brown doing the dirty work)

Shonn Green in NYJs land spells the end of Thomas Jones. It won't be this year though...so whoever takes him needs to be patient.

Brown in Indy means the end of Addai.....again though patience will be needed.

Wells in Arizona spells the end of Edge...probably by end of this week or next. Hightower owners need to be patient though...as Wells won't take over his role of td back.

McCoy to Philly is a winner. He will be the next Westbrook once Westy is finished. Run now...and get him very early.

Moreno to Denver spells alot of questions as what do they do with the FA rbs they just signed?

My two sleepers:
Javon Ringer to Tenn. - Lendale may be a dead duck....or moose if Ringer pans out to be the thunder to Chris Johnson's lightning.

Rashad Jennings in Jax - Fred Taylor's replacement to spell MJD?

James Davis in Cle - Not spectacular...but solid and keeps ball moving. could be the replacement for Jamal Lewis.

On McCoy, I like him, but do we think that Westy is ready to move over in the next year or so? Patience will defiantly be key and you may be able to be patient and get him cheaper in a year.

I like the Moreno fit in Denver, but fear how he will be used (see Maroney.....they have a ton of backs as well)

Wells in Zona is a terrific fit, he just has the stay healthy, that is the million dollar question.

Brown is an Addai clone....what is going on here??? Got to figure Brown will get a shot at some point, but it may not be this year.

addai clone? donald brown had 33 or more touches in a game five times this season and continued to rack up over 5+ yards per carry. the man is a workhorse. if joseph addai ever sniffed 33 touches in a game, he would fall over dead.

Brown would fall over dead if he carried the ball 33 times in the SEC..... and while Addai did not have to touch the ball as much, he did have over 25 touches 3 times his last year at LSU. Comparing college workloads of a mid tier Big East teams RB with no other major offensive threats and a RB on an SEC power house who had many other threats is like comparing apples and oranges.

Where I see these two as clones is they are very similar in size and strengths. They are both in that mold of jack of all trades, master of none type backs. Neither have elite speed, but both have good vision and running instincts. Brown would appear to be more durable, but he's not going to carry the ball on a consistent basis 30+ times in the pro's either...

These two are very similiar from a skills standpoint, so yep ,he's pretty much an Addai clone. Which means I don't see him coming into to be a style changing compliment to Addai, he's there is replace him at some point, but as long as Addia is still there he may be very limited in opportunities.

reminds me a lot more of dominic rhodes, who also came out of the big east, and thats why i see this just splitting the same why rhodes/addai usually have.
