CJ advances to the 1.....check

Kam Chancellor punches the ball out of CJ's hands...catch and fumble RIGHT?

Fumble goes out of bounds...Still Lions ball....RIGHT?

All I see is the fussing about there should have been a penalty for an illegal batted ball but that is inconsequential as I see it. Seattle never "recovered" the fumble so it remains the possession of the offense...

...or did Seattle recover it and fumble again and THEN it got slapped out of the end zone.

Rule is if ball goes out of the endzone it is a touchback for the opposing team. The batting rule is the issue, the LB in the endzone pushed it out.

Out of bounds and out of the end zone are two different things. The rule says that intentially batting a ball out of the end zone is illegal touching, The ball should have been awarded to the Lions on the one and not given to the SeaChickens as a Touch Back.

yes, but the normal rule is if the ball is fumbled out of the endzone the ball goes to the defensive team as a touch back. IF there had been no batting that is.
