I've been working on my annual Seahawks Offseaseson Thread and have been struggling with this issue: As a fan how do you grade your GM ??

Please Answer/Rate the following questions as a survey

Question #1 - What are the Primary Duties / Responsibilities of a/your GM ??
Players/Draft Picks, Staff/Coaches, Team Long Term, Salary Cap

Question #2 – What do you expect from his draft picks in their 1st year

Rd #1 – 75% are starters, 50% are starters, 25% are starters, 10% are starters
Rd #2 – 50 % are starters, 25% are starters, 10% are starters
Rd #3 – 25% are starters, 10% are starters, at least a backup

Question #3 – What do you expect from his draft picks in their 2nd year

Rd #1 – 75% are starters, 50% are starters, 25% are starters, 10% are starters
Rd #2 – 75 % are starters, 50% are starters, 25% are starters, 10% are starters , at least a backup

Question #4 – Did his Draft Picks/Staff Choices make your team better

LOL, I did not write this rant

Lawrence Jackson, Josh Wilson, Kelly Jennings, Chris Spencer all Tim Ruskell's first round draft choices (with the exception of Josh Wilson who was in the second round because he traded the first round pick for the most "amazing?" Deion Branch). All those players are undersized and small, their character travels further than their talent and these genius GM decisions have left the Seahawks with a short 4-12 record this season in Seattle.
First trading first round pick to NE for Branch..
That was just freakin genius thank you for that. I love a tiny receiver that is always hurt and then pay him millions more to sit on the sidelines. Love it. But then New Englad trades a fouth round draft pick for Moss... 'Hawks clearly got a better deal. Idiot.
Not resigning/franchising The Hutch...Best move you've ever made thank you for that, we've had like three 100 yard rushing games since.. Thank you so so much for that. Idiot.
Getting back at the Vikings with signing Burleson.
OOhh man they must still be crying about that! Signing Burleson to seven years 49 million. That was genius. Idiot.
Thinking character means more than talent and size..
I do not care what the player does off the field, its not my business. If he wants to flip people off get in bar fights, piss on 14 year old girls go right ahead just win the damn football game. If a player goes to church every morning but is only 5'6" and a CB... please don't pick him. At least not again, again, and again. Idiot.
This years draft.
If Bama's Smith is on the board take him, but you probably won't because he was suspended from his bowl game for having his cousin be his agent and he doesn't go to church. If Smith's not there please choose Crabtree, we need a play maker, because of you we have none. The best receiver we have is a rookie tight end.
