What are the Biggest NFL Draft Busts Doing Now?

A few takeaways from that article.

Phillips is the poster boy for why I automatically remove any player with even the most minor character issues from a draft board. The arrogant organizations continually convince themselves that they're smarter than everyone else and can rehabilitate these goofs. Long playoff droughts ensue.

Ware was a product of one of the earlier "gimmick" college offenses, the Run and Shoot. He's an example of why almost anyone can step into that style of offense in the NFL (Hey there, Scott Mitchell) after being in a conventional offense in college, but not vice versa. This is why Graham Harrell will be a late round pick and Chase Daniel may not get drafted at all.

Think twice before looking at a Penn St. tailback if you're picking in the top-10. Apparently the Penn St. training department is underfunded. (Blair Thomas, Ki-Jana Carter, and the unmentioned Curtis Enis)

Here is one for RAM!

Ashley Lelie, the Broncos #19 overall pick in 2002. I went hunting him and found he is now with da Raidaz! Ouch.

Graham Harrell and Chase Daniel don't come from the Run n Shoot. Harrell comes from the Air Raid and Daniel comes from some freak Frankenstein system that doesn't really have a name. At any rate the concepts and ideas vary widely.
