There is still plenty of time to make a move if you are off to a slow start and if your one of the league leaders, don't sit by and let your roster go stale. No matter the state of your team, the waiver wire is not something to ignore. The Waiver Wire round up is going to take some of the hot names of the week and let you know if you should be adding them or not.
If you don't see someone on the list that you are looking at, feel free to list their name and ask for an opinion. Also, if you disagree , let's hear it! Differing opinions are more than welcomed!
Let's get to it:
Quarterbacks:Brandon Weeden - I had him as an Ignore last week...then he throws one of the ugliest interceptions you will see in week 6. That said, this team is going to chuck it no matter who is back there which will provide for some OK fantasy numbers. I would not run out and make him a must have, but I'm watching at this point.
KEEP AN EYE ON HIM!
Nick Foles - Foles had a great showing in Kelly's offense. His performance is leading some to believe Kelly wil stick with him even if Vick can go. If he keeps this job, he's a fantasy starter caliber QB. With that upside, he's worth getting.
ADD HIM!
Runningbacks:
Andre Ellington - Ellington is still un-owned in some leagues. Get this kid already! He is likely gone in ppr leagues, but I he's the best back in Arizona in any format. Just get this kid already if you have ignored me for the last two weeks.....good chance it is too late though.
ADD HIM!
Zac Stacy - Another solid effort. He's a starter getting a good amount of touches. He should be owned.
ADD HIM!
Joseph Randle - Well we all knew the Murray ride wouldn't last all year. In gthe middle of a soft run defense schedule Randle is going to get his shot until Murray is healthy. He was not impressive against the Redskins, but in this offense with the match-ups he has coming up he's worth taking a shot on.
ADD HIM!
Brandon Jacobs/Andre Brown - If you want the now....get Jacobs. If you are keeping an eye on the stretch run, stash Andre Brown now. Brown should be the NYG back to own once he returns.
ADD HIM!
Wide Receivers:
Brandon LaFell - Has scored a TD in 3 straight weeks and caught all 4 targets for 104 yds and TD this past week. Would like to see more targets, but as a bye week or injury replacement flyer, he's worth a shot in the right spot.
ADD HIM!
Riley Cooper- Had his best week with Foles. If he continues to be the starter, I would consider a stash here. If Vick comes back, he's worthless again.
KEEP AN EYE ON HIM!
Kenny Stills - Had his best week, but expect plenty of misses for every hit the rookie gets. He's better left on the wire.
IGNORE HIM!
Mike Williams - Many are jumping off with the move to the rookie and his injuries. But the rookie is doing OK and I like Williams down the stretch if healthy. If someone dumped him, I would pick him up.
ADD HIM!
Tight End:
Tim Wright - 7 for 91 yds in week 6. I like his upside. If you are looking for a back-up TE, give this rookie a look.
ADD HIM!
Jeff Cumberland - I just don't see much upside here. I would think there would be better options. For 1 week to fill a bye....maybe, but overall...
IGNORE HIM!
