Week 6 observations of the NFL

I may have said this before, but it is worth repeating................
Does anyone really want to win the NFC East? Giants had the chance to get 2 games up on Eagles, and really pressure pathetic Dallas(without Romo and Bryant) and they looked like they didn't give a damn. I am amazed at how bad that game was. I see a new HC in Giant land next year. I also see Kelly keeping his job, as he will win the division...again.

Atlanta had the golden opportunity to keep the pressure on Carolina...and they got thumped by Saints. How do you let an old beat up Te like Watson do that to you?? Carolina with their schedule looks to lock up the NFC south. OH, and what a great come back win by Carolina by the way.....hey if you cover the ONLY receiving option they have(Olsen) you might beat them.

NFC North is still fun - Packers, Lions(no seriously they won...) and Vikings win. Pack is still the elite here.

4) NFC West - Wow, goes from power division to the what the hell division.... Seattle loses again, in a game they could have won, again....., Arizona loses to a beat up, not great Pittsburgh team( if any team but the Pack make the superbowl, bet heavily for whatever AFC team makes it...just sayin...), 49ers are able to beat up a beat up Ravens team and the Rams had the bye. Arizona will win this division, but now seriously doubt any other NFC west team makes the playoffs.

NFC expectations:
NFC E - Eagles
NFC N - Packers
NFC S - Panthers
NFC W - Cardinals
WC - Falcons, Vikings

AFC
Well here is little to no surprises.....
AFC East is still owned by Patriots, but the Jets look damn good with Fitzgerald even there at Qb, Buffalo looks to be a spoiler as well ongoing. Miami planning for new big HC name hire.

AFC North - could this be the year you have to go through the Jungle to make the Superbowl?!?!?! Like them or not, you cannot deny how good they are using all their tools and not forcing it to Green. Dalton looks 1000% better and can even get better than this. Pittsburgh is doing what Dallas can't, win with back ups at Qb. Ravens are just miserable with injuries, and Cleveland has alot to go yet. They had Denver beat and blew it.

AFC South - may be the NFC East of the AFC. Colts are a little better, then do stupid stuff and lose. They will win the division, simply cause the other teams are worse.

AFC West - what looked to be a really good division is really starting to separate out. KC without Charles is terrible, San Diego can't buy a win, regardless of superman at the QB spot, and Oakland while improved still needs alot of help. Denver is still winning, but they should not be. I honestly think we are seeing P.Manning's swan song here. He just looks awful, that pick in the OT first possession was just ridiculous. It may be time to let Osweiller have some snaps.

AFC expectations:
AFC E - Patriots
AFC N - Bengals
AFC S - Colts
AFC W - Broncos
WC - Jets, Steelers

Sadly, I think the two WC teams are better by far than two of the division winners.

Nice job. Do still think the Cowboys win the Nfc east though. We have Cassell in next week so should be better than Weeden. If they can just go 4-2 in their next 6. They can be at 6-5 and get Romo back. Then win 4 out of 5 to finish 10-6 and win the division. Probably gets them a home playoff game against a wild card team. Win that then beat the Panthers and the Pack and it's off to the Super bowl where they beat the Pats.

At the rate the rest of the NFC east is going....yes.
Key will be how healthy Romo really is, and when Bryant is a real threat. If they get both of them back, before Philly can open a lead, they could easily bounce back and take the division. Scary thing is, Philly is getting better, but still not good. If Philly can put it together, they will be hard to catch and beat.

They must win against the giants. To lose to them makes a very hard hole to catch up with. I also don't think they beat Seattle without Romo and Dez. I also don't see them winning vs. Jets or Green bay even if they do have Romo and/or Dez
