Week 6 Cheatsheets are up!

"Colt McCoy vs. @PIT I genuinely fear for his life"
:biglaugh:
The comments are too good!!!

Love the rankings as always and mostly agree with a lot of them, just a couple things I have diff (1 higher/1 lower per category 4 me):

QB:
V Young @ Jags - I like him this week, Jags are god awful, and Vince Young can do it with his arm or legs, I could see a passing and rushing TD for him.
Aaron Rodgers - I have him quite a few spots lower, too many questions around him, and even if he plays, 1 sack, and they might pull him out. QB has too many points available, I rather play a Big Ben - Romo, or going deeper, even V Young this week to be safer.

RB:
Hillis - Way too many questions, and steelers are just amazing at D. Too risky for me after last week.
Torain - like your comment said, but I think should be higher. Washington somehow manages to stay close most games despite giving up the yards. I see 20 touches for Torain, and those are good odds to break one. Im playing him over Greene-Hillis-Forte.

WRs:
Ward - Really? 34th? Behind Bess, the 3rd option in Miami? Hell no! Big Ben is going to be ready to rock and roll, and his old faithful Ward is going to finally not be bench fodder for me in my league. Wallace might get the deep bomb but Ward gets his touches too.
DeSean - hate him this week! I already posted Im rolling with Moeki over him in my league. DeSean needs the big plays, Atlanta does not give up the big plays. Yes, he can explode on any play, and in most leagues if I have him, he still starts, but not at #11. Give me Boldin, or two sleepers mentioned - Bowe or Royal.

TEs:

Tony Moeak - so much disrespect, that we spelt his name wrong! Moeaki who RC told us all about way back in week 2 or 3 is going to be the man this week! He has put up decent stats in games where Cassel has had under 100 passing yards!! And now he gets the WORST pass D in the league! He is Cassel's #1! He is going for me ahead of Aaron for me this week who plays the awesome Ravens D, and ahead of ultra sleeper Mr Cooley.

K & D: who cares :(

Now for my questions:
- Garcon is way ahead of Collie? You think if both healthy, Collie value is that low? Gap of 8 spots?
- Welker is 17th, roughly where I think he will be. I think it will be tough this week vs Ravens, but I see him struggling a lot now that Moss is gone, he gets the top teams best corner. Is that what your thinking too? Or you think, the extra targets mean better stats though? I love him in PPR, but I think non-PPR, he's in trouble.
- Sims Walker is 47th!! Yikes! I have him low too cause his feast or famine ways, but your really hating!! You really have Mike Thomas that far ahead of him? I have them swapped in spots for my rankings, with Sims the #1.
- Last week I said I hate Minny D but you said they might get it done, and they crapped the bed AGAIN!! I am on my last straw with them, and I know Dallas turns it over a bit, but geez, what is wrong with that D!!

First off thanks for the comments. Glad to see the new format is enjoyable and informative. Now to your points:

  • You have a point of VY...gonna' think more about him because I'm still not comfortable with him as a paser.
  • I've got no question about Rodgers. If he's healthy he's money.
  • Hillis is their only option and he's a dual threat so my thinking is that the offense has to come from somewhere. I think Hillis is decent but not great.
  • Watch out on Torrain. I would go with Forte of that crew. True, Seattle is tops against the run but honestly Forte is more of a receiver than a rusher and would be a better play than Torrain who could see all his work in the first quarter.
  • Ward is my man. But unlike his days with Plastico both Wallace and Ward don't normally post good numbers together in the same game. Usually one or the other and my money is on Wallace this week. Bess has been stud consistent as a #2 WR on both targets and receptions. Most undervalue him, IMO.
  • Please, for the love of all that is green, don't start Moeki over DeSean Jackson. If I read that right place your left hand on the computer screen and raise your right hand and repeat, "I, (state your name), do solemly swear that I will not start Moeki (or whatever his name is) over one of the most explosive and dynamic wide receivers in professional football today. So help me (state your preferred deity here)!"
  • Yup, Garcon ahead of Collie. Call it a hunch but if both are healthy I give the nod to Garcon.
  • Welker could surprise with the new Pats offense sans Moss. PPR leagues would rank him top 5.
  • Sims-Walker is pure liquid crap until proven otherwise. Picking a good wide receiver out of the Jags lineup is like deciding between bar flies at closing time.
  • See Mud's comment about Minny's Defense. The offense has to get their collective crap together for the defense to be startable.

Watch out for Moeki over DeSean this week Ram!! Thats my "What the hell!!" call of the week!!
:koolaid:

But back to Garcon over Collie? Is that rest of the year? Or just this week? Sorry to ask again, but Garcon value is pretty much in crapper. If you have him on par with Collie, he might be something to aim for in trades asap.

Brass ones, my friend. You've got brass ones if you start Moeki over Jackson. And I do think over the season Garcon will pull ahead of Collie and stay there.

Raiders TE Z.Miller should be in the top ten but not #4 with J.Campbell starting.

His numbers will fall like a helicopter with a broken rotor blade.

Why do you say that??? Last week I believe just under half of Jason's completions were to Zach. From my understanding, this was not a Vick type situation, where Jason forgets the TE exist? Am I wrong???? :headscratch:

Campbell to Cooley :headscratch: Campbell to Miller:headscratch: Sounds like a GO to me!

Campbell may remember the TE but forgets the WR exist.

As long as Campbell is starting Z.Miller and the rest of the key players stats will suffer, he sucked in Washington and sucks in Oakland
