It's been a crazy couple of weeks with a new Grand baby, a Leadership retreat, and a hospital stay, so this will be brief and retrun in full next week. Injuries are mounting and we all are having to dig DEEP early. Here are a few players I feel you can plug in this week.
Qb's -
-Rex Grossman will have lots of room through the air vs. Dallas. I'm looking for 300 yards and 3 Td's
-Dalton will have to move the ball thru the air because the Bengals won't find much room in the running game. 275 ards and 2 TD's
Rb's -
- My fill-in pick of the week is Isaac Redman. I know Ben likes to throw, and he will, but the Steelers will have this game under control early and Redman will get 10 touches and a TD. (non-ppr)
- With Hernandez hurt there are plenty of additional looks to be had and brady will choose Woodhead. Look for 7 receptions to go along with a healthy 12 carries or so for 100+ combined yards and a TD......or 2. (ppr)
-It's gonna be a war in Chicago and Kuhn will add to his TD total with a short TD.
Wr's -
- Denario Alexander is heating up and his knee has been ....well just sweeling some. Look for him to earn more looks, and capitalize on the extra work with 100 yard game and a TD.
- We all know what Santana Moss will do vs. the Cowboys, but don't be afraid to use Gaffney as a flex play in ppr leagues. He will have 7 grabs for 75 yards and is looked at in the red zone.
- Ditto for Patrick Crayton. Gates is out and crayton is healthy. He has ppr startability in a pinch this week.
- I like Derek Hagan's chances of finding the endzone and ending up with 12 targets as they pick around the edges of Revis.
Te's -
-Watson will make his return this week to backup TE fantasy relevance. 5 catches for 55yards and a possible score up the middle as Miami covers Evan Moore on the fringes.
- My DEEP Te pick is Travis Beckum. He is healthy and back on the field and Manningham and Hixon aren't. 6+ receptions for Beckum, as Eli has to manufacture something with his injured receiving corp.
Goodluck everyone, and hopefully i can get things back to normal next week and not be so late with this.
