San Diego Chargers head coach Norv Turner said he expects RB Ryan Mathews (clavicle) to be ready for the team's Week 3 game against the Atlanta Falcons. 'I expect him to come in and play at a high level,' Turner said.

Owners drafted him high based on reports that he would get a bazillion carries. Finally owners get to use him now.
