"Shaun Hill PHI This is going to be Maggie Gyllenhaal ugly"

:rolllaugh: i think i hurt myself laughing

But for the WRs:
Legedu Naanee at 24? Puzzling given you have Floyd at 43? Has he really jumped that far ahead of Floyd?

Same for denver WR? Has Royal jumped that far ahead of the other two?

Also, as a raiders fan, no way in hell they are #3, I dont care who they face. I'll take the safer Minny D pls, they did great against New Orleans, they should eat up Miami.

Thanks for the input! I'm glad the new format is interesting if not entertaining. On to the picks:

Naanee is more than a new cool name in sports. Don't mistake this as me predicting an eruption from him rather I feel he's going to be the safest play at WR for the Chargers and moreso than Floyd. Floyd had a bear of a time getting separation even when the Chiefs started mauling Gates in the second half. If he were to have a great game it should have come in the second half. So my thoughts are that Gates gets banged around again leaving Naanee one on one with the second best corner. I like those odds.

Royal will stay in the slot and be the most consistent start on the Bronco roster. Those expecting Brandon Lloyd to be the man will be dissappointed more than right. Gaffney and Lloyd will trade off weekly but Royal will more than likely be the guy week in week out. So of them all it'd be safer starting Royal.

Ow ye' of little faith! Yeah I know it is a stretch but I have to believe the Titans' dismantling of the Raiders last week was a function of how good the Titans are and less how bad are the Raiders. They get a StL team that is worse on offense and defense and will be forced to throw the ball with a rookie qb. I like Nambde to pick off a pass and for the front seven to rack up a few sacks. Special teams is a bit of a crapshoot.

Favre to Shiancoe is going to result in a couple interceptions at least with Dansby covering him and I really rather doubt AP is going to break 100 yards. Unless Favre learns to read complex defenses and stops zeroing in on a receiver, the best the Vikings can hope for is the Fins' offense having a bad day.

:homer:???
Last I saw, vegas/betting line still has Minny as firm favourites. Most experts have AP in their top 6 starting RB for the week. AP still had 87 yards on opening day in a game most people thought he didnt look at his best? Is there some justification for why you think an average Miami D will stop the run game? They were middle of pack last year on D, and I dont see any reason why they would be much better this year?

On a side note from same game, does anybody think Berrian might be worth considering in a 12 team league, say over a Floyd/Naanee? Or maybe over a Massaquoi/MWallace? Harvin seems to have been limited, and surely Favre will hit some WR in the game?

And on a tangent, "Matt Forte @DAL Is Forte back or is Detroit terrible? See my McCoy ranking for the answer"

And McCoy states: "LeSean McCoy @DET Vick starting is music to McCoy owner’s ears (He did most of his damage with Vick in)"

im confuseddddddddd!! Is he for real???? Mine is a PPR league, that is only reason I have not turned and shipped his butt off already. But I really think the cowboys will eat him alive. Home opener, coming off a loss, they are going to be pissed off!!
