Week 1 games

Gano misses from 50 and Broncos win. Observations:

-Simeon looks competent, but worried about Thomas. One game but a lot of running and short passes.

-Anderson looked like a new man out there against a good run defense. Looked quick and smooth in passing game. If he stays healthy, RCs 2015 projection will come to fruition a year late

-Cam is big and strong and it was Denver, but damn, he took a lot of big hits tonight. Not something you want to see weekly.

-Benjamin looked great and Olson his steady self, but the Fuchness bandwagon lost some steam. He is definitely not surpassing Benjamin as some have said

I wasn't, Cam loves his friends, and with Olsen and now Benjamin back....Funchess will get what's left over. One reason I was not on they Funchess Hype train.

Was it just me or did anyone else get the impression that the Broncos D was trying to intentionally injure Panther players?

The most glaring example to me was a on a curl rout by Kelvin in the 3rd quarter I believe. Made the catch and Talib or Ward came in and hit him shoulder first in the back of that left knee.

That's Talib in general, wants to be uber rough and tough and hurt people, he is a punk.

But I do think Denver was making a statement of hey we ARE the defending champions, and we WILL light you up.

That being said, I still can't believe no flag on either Cam helmet hits, nor him getting pulled for concussion check on the one jack hit near end of game.

That thought ran thru my head as well.. I definitely took notice to that shot on Benjamin.
