Jacksonville at Cleveland, a noon central game seems to have the worst forecast. Not a lot of these guys would normally be in your line-ups this week and with wind gust over 25 mph, 32 degree weather, and snow flurries possible you should seriously consider dodging as many of these players as possible.
Ravens at Packers in another game in the noon central slot that will have difficult winds to navigate this week. It's not like these 2 QB's are champions of throwing the pig-skin but with 15 mph winds and 27 degree weather they will likely have worst games than expected. Try to avoid most of the receivers and both QB's if possible.
Lions at the Bears face weather similar to the game in Green Bay but at least 1 team has a better QB chunking the cold, hard football. 15+ mph sustained winds with 28 degree temperatures should cause you to downgrade your expectation a wee bit for all of the air powers playing.
Chiefs at the hopeless NYG have a pleasant day temperature wise with highs near 50 degrees but the wind will be blowing at 17 mph. With warmer than other location forecast I don't expect the wind to cause quite as many problems as at the stadiums where receivers will be trying to catch frozen footballs. Still keep the winds in mind when setting your line-ups this weekend.
All your other players will be in nice enough conditions or domes so kick back and enjoy the show.
