Washington has new GM?

Reports from multiple sources have stated that Washington will hire Scott McCloughlin former employee of Seattle and 49ers. He left earlier this year with personal issues from Seattle(rumor was and then later confirmed by McCloughlin he had acohol addiction issues) that he will take over in washington as GM.

He helped target key young talent in San Fran and Seattle, this could be a great move for Washington if he can stay clean.

he resigned from seattle before he went into rehab. So he COULD have been rehired, but they had already filled his position.
