Only going after Bronws D just to start week 12 vs the last rank Panthers.

Conditionally drop Marshawn Lynch, Sea RB to Waivers
Conditionally add Browns D/ST, Cle D/ST from Waivers to Bench

Conditionally drop Clinton Portis, Was RB to Waivers
Conditionally add Joel Dreessen, Hou TE from Waivers to Bench

Also Benie Wells/Chris Ivory are on waivers.

I wouldnt drop Lynch if I were you. I just dont like dropping starting RBs in standard leagues, and your not exactly deep at RB either.

I see no reason to have THREE low end TEs on your team in Boss-Hern-Dreessen, you need to decide which two you like and roll with them.

For me, I keep Boss just because I love his matchup this week, but after that I would cut him and grab Dreessen.
