Although Rice is eligible come off of PUP at any time word is that he may be as much as 3 weeks away from practicing at this point.
 
There seems to be a chance that Rice never plays this season. I know team owners that are still holding on to this dude. Not me. If I had him I'd drop him like a hot potato.
