TE Vernon Davis is having an MRI Monday on his injured knee sustained on Sunday vs. the Raiders

Matt Maiocco of Comcast SportsNet predicts that Vernon Davis' Week 6 knee "injury" won't cost him a single snap. The injury clearly isn't serious. Davis may be "limited" or held out of practice Wednesday as a precaution, but he will start Sunday against Carolina.
