Transition to dynasty league

For the past few seasons we have kept 4 players each year. Going into his season we will keep our starting lineup, draft out the remaining roster keeping it as a full dynasty going into future seasons. This is a 10 team league and I have the last pick in each round. I know nobody will feel sorry for me when I list the roster but there are a few keys decisions I need to make and need advice on.

Starting Roster:

QB: Peyton Manning
QB: Tony Romo
WR: Steve Smith(Panthers)
WR: Reggie Wayne
RB: Matt Forte
RB: Steven Jackson
TE: John Carlson
RB/WR: Deangelo Williams
RB/WR: Chris Johnson
K: Nick Folk
DEF: Tenn

Other key players for consideration:

QB: Matt Ryan
RB: Pierre Thomas
WR: Greg Jennings
TE: Owen Daniels

I was thinking of trading one of the RB out to keep Jennings and move up or secure some more picks in the draft. I wanted to make sure I get Ryan back. Or should I just keep Ryan over one of the other QB's? Out of the starting RB,which one would you trade?

First off, welcome to the site! Glad to have you here at, SO!

Second, I hate you because your team is awesome!

For QBs, I'd dump Romo and keep Manning and Ryan. WRs, dump Steve Smith and keep Jennings and Wayne. If I were you, I'd try and trade Steven Jackson and/or Pierre Thomas away. You're set at TE with Carlson, he's a young stud; perhaps trade Owen Daniels as well.

You said you have the last pick in every round? So not snake style draft I guess? You can likely trade Jackson and Daniels for a higher draft pick somewhere for a rookie draft I'm assuming you'll have, to solidify a good rookie WR or RB.

i'd pair romo w/ steven jackson and look for ap or mjd as a possible trade . . . get steve smith in there also and look to upgrade at wr as well . . . if it just so happens you can find a team that also has a te extra, who knows . . . lol . . . awesome team as is though . . . ;)
