I give up Beanie Wells / Sidney Rice, I get Chris Johnson / Santonio Holmes. I would then hopefully package CJ/Holmes or CJ/Rice for Mendenhall or a Tier 2 RB. My current roster is below:

Yeah, I would roll with this deal if for no other reason than to get something for Rice.

I'd also rather have CJ as my #2 then just about anyone you could get for him.

CJ ain't so bad when he didn't cost you your 1st round pick.
