Really stuck on this on and can use your input. I need a rb to help through byes and injuries, its a 12 team ppr league. been offered spiller for big ben. i have romo and bradford as my other qbs. i know should get more for ben but no takers.

rest of lineup
rbs: s.jax, noshow, ricky and m.bell (he's #2 right now because that's all i have left
wr: driver, holmes, murphy, wallace and s.rice.
te: celek, hernandez

need to start 1qb, 2rb, 2 wr, 1 te and flex.

oh yeah- 5 player keeper league

thanks for the input... in hawaii on vacation so i'm 6 hrs behind you all, kinda weird monday night football was on at 2:30 in afternoon. weather has been great - heading back home on saturday:sadbanana:

I take it that means you aren't interested in Mr. Jacobs who is averaging 6 yards per carry and is a Bradshaw injury away from being the #1 for the NYG. I understand.

Spiller ain't much to get for a QB1 but could be keeper material.

Any idea what round he was drafted in?

Personally, I'd dump Romo before I let Ben go. Might be able to get a little better RB too.

i know it ain't much but it seems its the best i can do. i have no problem letting romo go for a decent deal but in our league the teams with #1 rb's have #1 qbs and would use either of my guys as bye week fill ins.
BTW - spiller is a 5th rd pick.

Bradshaw is back at practice today so Jacobs doesn't fit what you need. I'll keep holding him until he gets to start over an injured Bradshaw and he'll be one angry muther when that happens.

last week b4 lynch trade i offered big ben for forsett and got shot down (i guess that was my lucky break of the season). keep jacobs handy - u never know!

lol, man, seems like a shit load of biased opinion here ;)

First off for the important stuff: You suck, Hawaii is awesome! When ya return stop by the hideout and tell us about the trip. Love hearing talkign Hawaii, my favorite vaca spot by far. Maui is the bomb.

OK, now that we have that out of the way. I do not love a Ben for Spiller deal in the short run, but I do understand the spot your in. On the flip side, the long term upside of Spiller is what tips it for me. It is a clear RBBC committee in Buffalo now with Jackson and Spiller. Jackson will turn 30 next year and Spiller was drafted to be the future. Look for him to pick up some good reception numbers and he will slowly start to eat into the running game more and more. On upside alone, If that is the best deal you can get, I'm jumping on it.

As far as jacobs, sorry Mud, not biting on that if it is me. One, it's 5 yds a carry, not 6......and he's only had one decent game, his last and that was on a small sample size of 6 carries. The coaching staff has him in the dog house and he is not a picture of stable health himself so even if he does get to start for Bradshaw at some point he would likely be close behind him on the injury list. Pass there, Spiller is a better option in a ppr keeper league.

I hope that helps out, good luck.
