Trade advice: Romo for Mendy?

Dynasty league, 10 teams, 30 man rosters. I'm weak at RB with Shonn Greene and Ronnie Brown as my two main guys and it drops off from there.

Do you think I'm getting enough value if I trade Romo straight up for Mendenhall? I think it's over paying a bit, but if it gets the job done, my other QB's are Schaub and Gradkowski. Thought about asking for Cutler in addition to Mendenhall (his other QB's are Fitz and Henne), but he'd probably see that as paying too much.
