Todd Collins draws the start in week 5 for the Bears

rotoworld,
Jay Cutler must have emerged from Wednesday's limited workout still showing symptoms from his concussion. Against a woeful Carolina team on the road, Collins will be asked to simply manage the game and try to let his defense win the game. Matt Forte and Chester Taylor should see extra carries while Johnny Knox should be downgraded significantly. This will be Collins' first start since 2007.

I think they should have went with hanie. He gives them the option to spread the field and as isn't any more likely to screw up than the dude who, when sacked last week, was the first sack he'd taken since 1997. Hanie gave them the option to hit their weapons. With Collins they will simply concentrate on stopping Forte.

Any thoughts on what this does for Chicago's other fantasy weapons for this week?
I'd say this might aid desmond clark (is he still there?) and maybe Bennett. Whoever is very slow and in the middle of the field about 5 yards deep.

Basically downgrade Hester, Knox, Olsen and the running game, though they might get extra carries.

LOL Desmond Clark is still here but listed as FB I dont know in FF formats what he is listed as TE or RB ??? I think it raises Fortes value this week considering I see the game going check down check down run check down. RC agree with you on Hanie Collins looked lost last week. As far as Defense I would start Chicago over Carolina with Peppers going against the old squad. If we see another 9 sacks in the first half we might get lucky and see hanie anyway. :funnytv:
