Is it really time to bury Manning? Are his receivers doomed because he can't get them the ball? Is it going to be CJ as the bell cow or has Hillman's production turned this into a RBBC? Can Hillman put CJ on the bench? Ouch! That would sting a lot of fantasy owners. Will Alex Smith continue to light it up? Can a wide receiver make plays from the outside for the Chiefs. Is Arrowhead really one of the loudest NFL stadiums?

Who do you have tonight? Brave enough to start Manning? You drafted CJ early is he in your lineup?

BTW Manning isn't dead! Play him if you have him. You can thank me later. :)

Lots of hype surrounding this game and I'm not sure why.

I guessing it will be low scoring and uneventful (except the part where they carry Manning off ).

Arrowhead is a great home stadium but there are better as far as 12th man goes.

I'm only starting the Denver K and my opponent has no one so probably an early bed time for me.

CJ will do well and so will Charles. Start them with confidence.

Imo its not the scheme. Part of it is Denver's offensive line isn't very good and the other part is CJA just isn't that good. Glad I avoided him in all of my leagues. Hillman to me looks like the better and faster rb and I think it would be his job if he was better in pass protection.

It certainly looked like Kubiak needs to let Manning continue to run the offense in Denver. Anyway, all in all, Manning did what fantasy owners needed him to do. Put the coffin on hold because he isn't dead yet.

If fairness to Anderson, if you watched the game, getting hit as soon as you get the ball is detrimental to gaining yardage. Each RB had one good run and those were on plays that they actually had a running lane. Hilman had one run for 16 yards. otherwise, 8 carries for 18 yards. Anderson had one 14 yard run and otherwise 11 for 13 yards. I guess you can say that both RBs are talentless based on those numbers but that would be off base. I knew there were OL changes this year, but their run blocking was brutally bad. However, pass blocking wasn't bad which bodes well for Manning passing stats this year despite the fact that his arm is gone. The three TDs saved him, but otherwise, he was pretty awful.

I was high on Anderson, but got a little more leery as redrafts approached due to the passing game not being as strong, which obviously opened up the running game, so I passed on him. I do have him in a keeper league, but he's on the bench until the OL gets it together.
