Thoughts on my my first ACTUAL draft?

This is my fourth year in the league I play in, but the first time I actually was present for the draft. I was tired of having 2 TE's, 2 K's and 2 D's auto picked for me.

Am I gonna be okay with Shaub? RB depth okay?

QB - Shaub, Delhomme
WR - R.Wayne, S.Smith, A.Bryant, K.Walter, D.Hixon, M.Austin
RB - L.T., R.Grant, Felix Jones, L.Washington, C.Taylor, J.Davis
TE - O.Daniels
D - Dallas
K - Folk

I hope the S.Smith is the Carolina WR and not the G-Men.

you will be Ok with Schaub as long as he can stay healthy with is a big question mark.

Your RB depth is fine IMO, IMO a pretty balanced team.

I like Taylor and Davis as your deeper RBs.

Schaub/Delhomme is a smidge weak but OK.

Your a little thin at WR after Wayne and (the good) Smith. Hixon wont be starting for long if at all, and the others are #2 WR.

Your RB's are solid, J.Davis will be getting alot of TD's for J.Lewis

TE is a good 1

Looks fairly solid, especially at RB. I'd be looking very intently at the waivers available at QB and WR. From your roster size I'm quite confident you could improve on your depth players.
