Texans agreed to terms with K Neil Rackers on a two-year contract worth up to $4.1 million, though just $350,000 is guaranteed.
The Texans will hold an open competition between Rackers and Kris Brown in camp. Neither is especially great in the clutch, but Rackers should be the favorite. Apr. 5 - 8:17 pm et
