After the Jets game there was a lot of talk about the block on Cushing by Matt Slausen. Then later on in the week the media asked Cushing about the block he didn't really comment on it and I heard other fans saying that Cushing didn't say anything about the "dirty" block because our offensive line does it all the time. NFL brahs what are your thoughts on this?

Correct me if I'm wrong but plenty of teams use a zone blocking scheme nowadays. The Raiders use it now with Knapp as their new OC, the Redskins have used it since Shanahan got there. Are they dirty teams also? Texans have used this scheme since 2006 when Kubiak got here. Oh wait, I get it now. Its only dirty when we are good. It wasn't dirty in 2006 to 2010. It just got dirty last year, and got even more dirty this year. Other NFL fans aware me on your thoughts on this whole ZBS is dirty thing?

Kubiak is the Godfather of the zone blocking scheme. He started it with Denver and its success has spurred copy cats all over the league. It has been a point of contention for defensive linemen since its inception. As more and more teams institute this scheme it makes it harder for defensive linemen to complain about it because they would in essence be calling out their own offensive line.
