rotoworld,
Though Cadillac Williams entered camp as the clear No. 1 back, coach Raheem Morris stated that whichever back develops the "hot hand" will get the bulk of the carries this season.

It beats last year's ill-fated "2-2-1" rotation with three backs. Caddy already has "some money in my emotional bank account," explained Morris, adding that Derrick Ward will have "earn a little more of that." Williams is still the easy favorite to open the season as the starter, but this is more evidence that he won't be on a long leash. Expect the two to have fairly equal touches when all is said and done.

This is a battle I'm particularly interested in. Neither RB overpowered the other yesterday. In fact, Ward ran one play where he just looked clueless. I can't wait to see how these guys look Thurs, Fri and Sat during camp.

Actually, Earnest Graham out ran them both.
