T.J. Houshmandzadeh worked on routes and caught passes after practice Tuesday for the first time since undergoing sports hernia surgery. He probably won't join practices until training camp but it is good to see him getting closer to full health.

rotoworld,
T.J. Houshmandzadeh returned to individual drills Tuesday for the first time since undergoing sports hernia surgery.

Deion Branch joined Housh in agility drills and route running after practice as well. Coach Pete Carroll is hopeful that both veteran receivers can get some team work in next week, but "certainly they are going to be ready for camp."

rotoworld,

T.J. Houshmandzadeh revealed that he played with three broken ribs for the first six games of last season.

"Then my groin and my stomach started bothering me," added Housh. "I never thought it was to the extent it was." He's now taking part in position drills after undergoing surgery to repair the groin injury. He expects to be back to full speed for training camp. We don't expect Housh to regain his explosiveness at age 33.

"We don't expect Housh to regain his explosiveness at age 33."

For a rare change I totally agree with rotoworld.
