Dianna Russini reports that Jacoby Brissett only suffered a sprained thumb and will not require surgery.
Russini added that Brissett is "going to be fine." The Twittersphere was panicking after his initial diagnosis but now there's growing optimism that Brissett will be available for next week's game against Buffalo.
