Steve Breaston Has Knee Surgery

Uh Oh..........

Steve Breaston, WR ARI
News: Steve Breaston has undergone surgery to fix a torn meniscus in his knee and is expected to be out until at least Week 7, according to KGME-AM in Phoenix and ESPN. Breaston was reportedly seen limping around the Cardinals' facility on Monday after catching four balls for 41 yards and a touchdown vs. Oakland in Week 3. The Cardinals will likely utilize rookie receivers Stephen Williams and Max Komar as well as tight end Ben Patrick in Breaston's place.

At least 3 leagues I have him in.......... :shake:

Ouch, and I need him week #7 as it is Colts bye week. I guess that's another position I need to waiver surf for.

And the Cardinals WRs Are Who?

Arizona Cardinals WR Stephen Williams, an undrafted rookie free agent, may be the team's No. 2 receiver during Week 4 against the San Diego Chargers, reports Kent Somers, of The Arizona Republic. Max Komar, also an undrafted rookie, will be the team's No. 3 receiver and rookie Andre Roberts will be the No. 4. WRs Steve Breaston (knee) and Early Doucet (hernia) will not be able to play.

Poor Larry Fitzgerald....

Anderson for a QB and 3 rookies to keep the coverage off him.

I smell a "this isn't fun anymore" injury for Fitzgerald and I don't blame him.
