Steelers Sign CB Ratliff

I like this move. I believe this free's up the conversation about Pitt drafting a CB in the first round (happy Wes?). I'll be changing my mock now. Looks like C for me likely.

They signed former Colt, Ratliff to a one year deal to replace McFadden.

I disagree. He's not a starter, however he gives the Steelers exactly what I think they're looking for, and that's depth. In only 4 games started last year he had 2 INTs and 1 for a TD.

Gawd, Ratliff is horrible....seriously, I don't see how this is any more that bottom tier depth for that seconday. I don't think it improves them at all.
