rotoworld,
Steelers signed head coach Mike Tomlin to a three-year extension through the 2014 season.

Previously one of the NFL's lowest paid coaches, Tomlin made about $500K annually per his original contract, signed in 2007. He should at least double that on the new deal. Though the Steelers are coming off a highly disappointing season -- not to mention a tumultuous offseason, it would be difficult to argue that Tomlin has been one of the culprits. His record through three seasons stands at 31-17 with two playoff appearances and a Super Bowl win. In order to recapture and sustain their success, the Steelers will have to draft better -- a process over which Tomlin doesn't have control.
