From rotoworld,
Chargers re-signed restricted free agent RB Darren Sproles to a one-year, $7.2813 million contract.
Assuming San Diego doesn't find a taker for Sproles via trade, the 27-year-old will end up making nearly $14M between 2009 and 2010. Sproles continued to struggle on inside runs last year, managing just 3.7 YPC, but he has four return TDs over the past three seasons and set a career high in receptions to go with eight all-purpose scores. The Bolts are expected to invest an early draft pick on a starting tailback, so Sproles is likely to return in his a third-down/return specalist role. Apr. 2 - 5:43 pm et

That's a lot of loot for the little man.
