Hey Outlaws, we have some nominations for our Keep It Strong Move of the Week. We take the leagues that hold their message boards on this site and look over the moves for the week and nominate the owners who made a move worthy of being named the Keep It Strong Move of the Week.

Here are the week 3 nominations:

  • Remote Controller - In need of a replacement for Pierre Thomas RC picked up Correll Buckhalter and gave him the start over Larry Johnson and he rewarded him with 17.6 Points in the IBL.
  • Derringer007 - Added Mario Manningham and gave him the start over Ted Ginn Jr, the move earned him an extra 10 points in his SOFFL II match-up that he won.
  • Maverick824 - Mav added Manningham as well and ironically he too started him over Ginn. However, this start was the difference between victory and defeat in a week in which he was without LT in Shula.

Giving my vote to RC.

Buckhalter was a riskier move than Manningham with less visible evidence of a reward.

This move was prompted alot by the fact I was going to the game, and had waived Hillis earlier in the week. Hillis got a short one in the game to redeem himself for the opening kick off fumble. Buck ran hard and had one +25 yarder called back because of a hold early. He then had a 30 yard reception, and finally the 49 yard run to paydirt. I had the crowd around me pulling for Buck as they knew I had inserted him in my lineup on a hunch. They were shocked at move because of Moreno being healthier every week. Both ran hard but Buck ran with better vision. That run capped off a great game experience at INVESCO field, jump started with Shannon Sharpes wild parachuting into the field gig, to open up the Home season!

It won me 3 games. Which wasn't included in my nomination.
Have to give me the details for me to post it ;) But in this case those pts were not the difference in the win and hence why I did not mention it. Same with Derringer, he won regardless of the move.

You won 3 of your 7 match-ups, but you stated him over Larry Johnson which netted you a positive 2.7 points, while you get points for the correct move, that move by itself did not win any of the match-ups for you.

By the way, you should be in the running for the tough break award....great week, but you have 4 teams go off against you!

actually I started chester Taylor wk 1, and had him in week 2 until the last minute. I then put in LJ only to trade him out for Buck. :rolllaugh:I am a WAFFLE! :biglaugh: Schaub or Edwards would have won me another game or 2, and luckliy I was able to get Boldin inserted for Crayton or i would have dropped another game. What a hobby we all enjoy!!!

RC gets my vote. Manningham was a good move by all who made it, however starting him over Ginn, while Ginn had a hell of a game himself.. kinda negates that, IMO. Buckhalter was one hell of a move, RC.

But Manningham outscored Ginn more than Buck outscore LJ..... ;)

Still a good more though

Congrats RC!

This contest will end up costing me some games this year. Instead of looking for my best starts, I find myself looking for guys that can win me "Strong Move Of The Week".

Stoopid, I know, but it somehow appears to me like an extreme honor to win.

A very special Congratulations to RC for his ballsy start.

Manningham vs. the Cowboys: 10rec, 150yrds, 1td for 31.00 points This is a hell of a game

Ginn vs. the Colts: 11rec 108yrds 0tds for 21.80 points, This is a good game

Congrats to RC on his "Strong Move Of The Week" honors
