I can understand you not liking what I have to say about Florida, but this is ridiculous.

It had nothing to do with what you said about Florida. I think Alabama and Florida would have their hands full with Boise State. I think Boise is a better team then Texas. Texas hasn't impressed me. Sure they have won convincingly in every game except for OU. IMO they haven't played anyone. Right now Oklahoma State is the only team they have played that's ranked. I don't think we will actually see how good Texas really is until they get into the NC game.

Bodey youre smoking some great stuff if you think Florida/Alabama would have trouble with Boise St. If youd watch some Boise games youd know that. As far as Texas, I remember the last time we played "the team" and hadnt played anybody and couldnt possibly win. Keep it up champ.

The difference is Utah could play strong defense. Boise St doesnt have that. Want to compare? Florida/Alabama would smoke Louisiana Tech or Tulsa. Badly. Im not saying Boise St isnt a good team, but they wouldnt hang with Florida or Alabama. Florida vs Texas Bodey? would love to see it. Remember, according to you my guys arent that good. The pressure is on Florida, not Texas. See you in California, but just keep in mind we wont roll over for you like Oklahoma.

I never said Texas wasn't good. I just don't think they are the number 1, 2, or 3 team in the nation. I also believe that when Boise State went to the bowl game and beat Oklahoma they had a close game or two against teams like L-tech if I remember correctly. Not everyone blows out the teams they should.
Boise doesn't do that or Boise isn't challenged enough to need to do it on a consistent basis??

Yes you did. Not in so many words, but like I said, God willing we'll find out in a few weeks.
They had two close games that year:
17-10 vs Wyoming - That team finished 6-6, and looked like it had the talent to do more than that.
23-20 vs San Jose St - This team went 9-4 and won its bowl game.
That team played great defense. I watched alot of their games as Ive seen alot of Boise St this year. That 2006 defense was FAR superior to this 2009 unit.
This years Boise St team had a damn hard time putting away UC-Davis. You think Florida or Alabama would be up only 13-0 at halftime? More like 21-0 at the end of the 1st QTR.
Tulsa (4-5) and Louisiana Tech (3-6) would have been hammered senseless by that 2006 team.
Does every one blow teams out like they should? No they dont, but we can sit here and argue all day long. We'll find out soon enough, if Florida can get by Alabama.

What about Texas only being up like 7-3 or 14-3 at halftime against UCF? I would be willing to bet that Boise wouldn't get blown out against any of the top teams.
Yea If Florida gets by Alabama. It's going to be a tough game and they could possibly lose. IMO these are the two best teams in the nation and the winner will win the NC game.

Boise is a team that generally has to play like TxTech...score more than the opp. I don't think Fla will get by Bama...but we'll see you never know in a game like that. John to say that OU "rolled over for Fla"?...really? the game was close the entire game and no one really knew who would win until the 4th...I know u love the bonghorns but come on, they rarely play anyone OOC. I agree that they're still better than Boise though.
