(FFToolbox) Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Mike Sims-Walker has to be the fantasy goat of the week. A little more than an hour before a great matchup against the Seattle Seahawks, all of Sims-Walker's owners and everyone else found out that he had been suspended for the game for violating team rules. On Monday, the Florida-Times Union reported that Walker violated the team itinerary during their weekend in Seattle, when they arrived Friday night. Sims-Walker has 278 yards and three touchdowns on the season.

(Rotoworld) Mike Sims-Walker apologized to the Jaguars owners and then apologized in front of the team for violating an unspecific team rule. Analysis: Sims-Walker did not say what he did to cause his suspension, although there's speculation he missed curfew while in Seattle. His apology was accepted and the situation appears to be over. Sims-Walker will almost certainly be back for Sunday's game against the Rams.

As I sat in Qwest field watching the Seahawks take the field getting a text from ESPN on my phone letting me know he was inactive. I was unable to make a roster move *sigh*

Exactly...just hate these very last minute decisions. But I have to say, it was amazing being the 12th man in that stadium!! The Jags drive down to within the 5 yard line, I'm thinkin "bummer, they are going to at least get a field goal here and keep from getting shutout" then BAM!!! Guarrd is stripped and the Seahawks run it back for a TD!! WTF???

The football gods were shining on Seattle that day for sure.

This actually worked for me. I was sitting in a parking lot waiting to start our make up rec league game and listening to NFL network on Sirius when the announcement came.

I promptly called home and had my daughter sign into my league and remove Sims-Walker and insert Burelson. Crisis avoided.

And Burelson proceeds to go off for 90+yds and 2 tds. I won by 10 pts.:banana:
