Should I drop Addai for a second Defense?

In a 12 team, standard scoring league, starting, 1QB, 2RBs, 2WRs, Flx (R,W,T), K, Def.

I have:
Schaub, Kolb, Rothlisberger
Turner, F.Jones, Starks, D.Wiliams, Addai
CJohnson, S. Johnson, Boldin, LMoore
ODaniels
M.Bryant
Houston D

This week Houston's D is facing the Saints. Houston's D has been playing great this year and I expect this to continue, barring any injuries. However, I believe, this will be a shoot out. Given my depth at RB, I'm considering dropping Addai and picking up the Tennessee D.

The Titans appear to be getting their sh_t together on O, it is only a matter of time before CJ gets in mid-season form, which means their D will get a breather. Their first round draft pick, Derrick Morgan, returning from IR, adds a nice speed rusher, and the play Denver this week.

If the Tennessee D develops like I project, I can play the match-up, and select either Tennessee or Houston.

It is a non PPR league.

I would definitely be dropping the Houston D. You can almost always pick up D's with decent matchups from week to week and you might be needing that depth at RB with the guys you have.
