Shanny kind or reminds me of Tom Landry in his wanning years.

He has all the look and feel of a championship coach but is obsessed with sticking with styles and strategies that worked for him 16 years ago.

I don't think he will know how to coach RGIII effectively and he's made it clear he won't rest until he finds his next Terrell Davis.
