rotoworld,

Jets waived C Michael Parenton.

Parenton was a futures contract addition in January. At 6'2/287, though, the Tulane alum's chances of cracking New York's power-blocking line were slim.

Saints waived LB Jason Beauchamp.

The organization saw more potential in fellow undrafted free agent Sam Maxwell, who played at Kentucky. Beauchamp played collegiately at UNLV.

Kole Heckendorf-WR-Lions May. 12 - 1:18 pm et

Lions waived WR Kole Heckendorf.

Heckendorf went undrafted out of North Dakota State two Aprils ago. Though blessed with an impressive size-speed combination (6'2/191, 4.49), the 24-year-old was outplayed by no-namers at Lions rookie minicamp last week.

Michael Johnson-LB-Chiefs May. 12 - 1:13 pm et

Chiefs waived OLB Michael Johnson.

Undrafted in April out of D-II North Alabama, Johnson didn't show enough at rookie camp to threaten Cameron Sheffield or Pierre Walter's roster spots. Johnson was the 2009 Gulf South Conference Defensive Player of the Year.

rotoworld,

Bills waived G/C Kyle Mutcher.

Mutcher, 23, was not selected in April's draft. The former Weber State Wildcat was a three-year starter in college, but is undersized at 6'3/295.

Walter Mendenhall-RB-Bills May. 12 - 4:34 pm et
Bills waived RB Walter Mendenhall.

Rashard's significantly less talented younger brother went undrafted out of Illinois State in April of 2009. He'd probably be smart to try the CFL.
