(Rotoworld) The Seahawks picked up Matt Hasselbeck's $1 million roster bonus, due on March 11. Analysis: Seattle is in the market for a quarterback of the future such as Kevin Kolb, but Hasselbeck is safe as the 2010 starter. Right now he's no better than a low-end QB2 for fantasy purposes.

Hasselbeck plays great when healthy but that is the big problem. Bad Back and a lot of hits behind that O line means he gets really beat up. Could be a good fantasy backup QB but even as that you are better off coupling him with a QB that has an early bye week because later on he may not be there to answer the bye week bell.

The Seahawks ought to trade Hass for Mcnabb. McNabb could give them a better shot in the here and now. Hass a Kolb backup could be great. Well rested and healthy popping in behind a decent O line with great Wrs on occasion to save the day, Shades of Blanda!

It's not like Hass goes out looking for a Defender to run into... he needs better armor in his O-Line.
