Committment to mediocrity will ensue. He's a fine coach but seriously, how in the world are the Raiders expected to improve with more of the same? I guess continuity is good but only if the continuity showed some signs of respectability the previous year.

Good point and I believe they are both new this season. QB coach is going to have to be freaking Yoda to salvage the career of the defensive end they have playing behind center.
