Tide and Buckeyes stay 1 and 2 this week, though at the moment the Bucks are really making me think about a bump to #1.

Oregon moves back to #3, and TCU moves to 4 after crushing a cupcake like a top ten team should, something we arent seeing this season.

Boise drops four spots on the heels of Virginia Techs stunning loss to James Madison.

My Longhorns have yet to impress me offensively, and continue a slow slide down my rankings to 10 this week, while OU crushed FSU to move up.

LSU gets upward mobility kinda on the heels of whats below it. Still not a believer.

Welcome to the party Michigan, who check in at 21.

Pittsburgh falls to 25 as being a "best of whats left" now things are shaking out.

Virginia Tech, FSU, and Georgia Tech fall right out of the rankings. VT and FSU for obvious reasons. GT falls all the way out after being upset by Kansas, who couldnt score a TD on a FCS team just a week ago.

And Im sure you want to believe as much as I do in mine...

I will give Texas this. When they fell behind against Wyoming it pissed them off, and for the rest of the half they played like a top ten club. Slow starts and making the defense win the game for you wont work with Texas Tech on the horizon.

I hate to say this...really...but Alabama is #1 and there aint nobody close. Ohio State would not have a chance against that team

I dont think Alabama is near the team they were. Someone in the SEC is going to beat them.

I'll believe in Michigan when they can start to put together wins in the Big 10. They looked great early last year....then came the Big Ten schedule.....and the Big ten defenses beat the shit out of ol'rich rod and his band o'midgets. That is the test for me, can they stand up to the beatings and be better as the season goes on and not worse.

But for now, they do look great....
