10. Miami Hurricanes
11. LSU Tigers
12. Iowa Hawkeyes
13. Houston Cougars

14. Oregon Ducks
15. USC Trojans
16. Utah Utes
17. Virginia Tech Hokies
18. Oklahoma State Cowboys

25. Fresno State Bulldogs

1. Alabama Crimson Tide
2. Texas Longhorns
3. Florida Gators

Not really a whole lot to say this week. Alabama moves up to #1 by way of beating LSU. Top 3 still interchangeable week to week.

4. TCU Horned Frogs
5. Cincinnati Bearcats
6. Boise State Broncos

This has to be a BCS nightmare. 3 teams knocking on the door of the championship game the $ dont want there. TCU/Cincinnati are equal in my mind for this moment in time. Boise State continues to make a slow ride down due to how they are playing. No offense to Tulsa or Louisiana Tech fans, but the #6 team in the country should not have consistent trouble against this level of competition.

7. Georgia Tech Yellowjackets
8. Ohio State Buckeyes
9. Pitt Panthers

3 pontential conference champions in this cluster.

10. Miami Hurricanes
11. LSU Tigers
12. Iowa Hawkeyes
13. Houston Cougars
14. Oregon Ducks
15. USC Trojans

Houston should not have survived today. This is a cluster of what might have beens. Oregon can work their way back into the top 10 but they need to win out. USC looked horrible again today.

16. Utah Utes
17. Virginia Tech Hokies
18. Oklahoma State Cowboys
19. Arizona Wildcats
20. Penn State Nittany Lions

Group of teams right here who are good, but dont have the horses to really compete. If they keep on the rise next year this could be a top ten cluster.

21. Wisconsin Badgers
22. Brigham Young Cougars
23. Oregon State Beavers
24. Stanford Cardinal

Each of these teams have questions, but have done enough to get in.

25. Fresno State Bulldogs

Fresno St holds the last spot this week. I considered Tennesee, Clemson, and Navy, but Navy has a nasty loss to Temple. Clemson and Tennesee have too many losses for the moment, but may very well be rounding into form as Top 25 teams as we approach the end of the season.

Alabama Crimson Tide
2. Texas Longhorns
3. Florida Gators

The very reason that a clear int by the Tigers late was not given to them, even upon review, was to try and keep it lined up for two of these three teams to meet for the title.

Ive never seen a season where so many questionable calls were made. The majority fall to the Florida Gators, but if this is the sideline interception I agree with you.

LOL the only questionable call Florida has received is the unnecessary roughness call against Arkansas. They haven't received a call like the clear Interception by LSU.

I believe your SEC bros would beg to differ.

The fumble that magically wasnt against Mississippi St for instance?

btw...now i will chime in on your poll with my homer opinion. i dont understand how you can justify having OSU and Miami ranked higher than LSU... bottom line...LSU would smoke both those teams on a neutral field right now

No one would smoke anyone in a LSU-OSU game, neither team would score more than 14 pts. IMO, that would be one hell of a defensive slug fest.

Thats your opinion BB. I dont think your team has the offense or maturity at QB to beat either one.

I agree with BB. I will throw in my SEC homerism :). I think LSU is better then both Miami and Ohio State. I also think that LSU would beat Ohio State by double digits if they played in a bowl game.

With Ricky Stanzi out for at least 6 weeks, the Iowa Hawkeyes may have won their last game of the season.

How good of a coach is Ferentz? If Iowa can hold Ohio State to around 17 they have a shot. I just dont see this youngster at QB consistently moving the ball on Ohio State enough to keep the D from wearing down.
