Coach Mike Shanahan reiterated that Santana Moss did not seem hampered by his offseason knee scope during Thursday's practice.

Shanny also repeated for the second time in as many weeks that he has not been contacted by the league regarding Moss' medical treatment from alleged HGH distributor Dr. Anthony Galea. Moss is slated to be Donovan McNabb's No. 1 receiver this year, and we've seen nothing concrete to suggest he'll be facing a suspension.

I read earlier this week that Moss is to be used all over the field on offense this year. For the past 2 seasons they've kept him in one spot all year, but he's really excited to be considered a weapon in any position of offense.

Redskins coach Mike Shanahan said Thursday that he's pleased with the recovery WR Santana Moss has made in his recovery from a knee injury. Moss had some arthroscopic knee surgery this offseason. "He had one day last week and there were no signs of it bothering him at all," Shanahan said. "You saw what he did today. He had a good practice today and he's just got to keep on running and get in football shape, but I like where he's at."

Analysis: Moss has the chance for a big year in 2010 as long as he's healthy, and we expect him to be fine for the start of training camp. Moss will also benefit with the addition of QB Donovan McNabb, who is the best passer Moss has played with in his career. We like Moss as a sleeper this year, and he's worth drafting with a mid-round pick in all leagues as a No. 3 Fantasy

Authorities reportedly obtained an "NFL file folder" during their search of Dr. Anthony Galea's Toronto office last month.

The file folder presumably contains information about Galea's potentially HGH-related interactions with players including Redskins WR Santana Moss. ESPN's Adam Schefter predicted on Twitter Monday that the situation could be "another BALCO," although we'd hesitate to go that far without any concrete links other than those to Moss. The NFL is cooperating with investigators.
