From rotoworld,

According to the Chicago Tribune, the "unknown team" free agent Alex Brown will visit with on Tuesday is the Saints.

The 31-year-old is also getting interest from the Bucs and Panthers, who both run the Tampa 2-style system Brown has played in for most of his career. In New Orleans, though, he'd help fill a gaping hole at left end and allow the Saints to draft the best player available with the Nos. 32 and 64 overall picks. Apr. 5 - 8:45 pm et

From rotoworld,

Saints agreed to terms with DE Alex Brown on a two-year contract worth roughly $6 million.

Brown, 31 in June, is coming off a 47-tackle, six-sack season in Chicago. While he's never been a big sack guy, Brown defends the run well and will at least give New Orleans durability at left defensive end -- something they've lacked for quite a while with Charles Grant manning the position. Brown's addition shouldn't prevent the Saints from drafting a top defensive end if one is available at the No. 32 overall pick, but certainly increases their options. Apr. 7 - 4:43 pm et
